gparted ne fonctionne plus sous ubuntu 18.04

There is no difference. GParted was originally conceived as partition editing software but there are many other names that encompass the same or similar functionality including: Partition Management, Partition Manager, Partition Editing, Partition Editors, and Partitioning Software.

Hi Annaxh,
Thanks for your answer.
Gparted was not the only one non working package on the version 18.04...and
I think that this problem comes from mounting from
16.04 to 18.04 with the special update writen for that.
So I decided to reinstall directly the 18.04.2 version and to add my data
from my backup. All this is made.
...And the problem desepered !
