So how long before 19.10 come out

Did not see anything as to when 19.10 gets ready or will be out . . 19.04 crashed twice Its is why i am running 18.04 now . .

The hint is in the version number
19 == the year 2019
10 == the month (October)
So you may expect 19.10 to be released in October of this year :)

Now if you are willing and handy to test one can get the 19.10 daily build and see what happens:

If you prefer a stable operating system and do not need drivers for the very newest type of hardware, then it is recommended to stay on the LTS releases.
