Last up Date tottally zeroed Windows working !

Last up date of 245v megs totally Stopped Windows from running . . Got a window of Start Recovery thing which failed So it did something to the Virtual Box . . Remember I had to go to CMOS and check the Secure Boot box and Disable it . . Well so much for that stuff . . Now i have to Just Rip out 18.04 and Start over . . Lost a lot of things on windows inside of Virtual Box . . So another Day at Library to re install the Entire Hard Drive again . .

Do you have a problem running Ubuntu or a problem running Windows?

Ubuntu is okay SO FAR . . But Virtual Box starts but windows just died says some thing go zeroed ! . .

Why do you blame Ubuntu if Windows does not work?

What exactly is the text of the error messages that you get?

Also Now Repetier-Host is Crashing both Versions 1.6.2 and 2.0.3 in Ubuntu . .Getting weird thermal run away NEVER have had this before . . Wonder what is next ? . . I did not do anything to change Virtual Box so something got changed by Up Date as it Wrote to the hard drive . . . . Like it forgot to add what ever to the boot section and Now I have to boot to UNSECURE boot !. . And both Repetier-Host worked Good until the last Up Date ... . And still can not open a Folder on the desktop have to go to the Program Files and use it to OPEN ANY THING ! Like I am locked out of things . .

Sorry, but I cannot understand a word from your rant.
If you want help, then please clearly state what the problem is.

Which program do you use, what do you expect to happen, and what happens instead, etc.

Never mind Ripped all out of the stuff on the laptop and Re installed 18.04 LTS to the laptop . . Now re installing all the files and Programs again !
