Ubuntu 18.04 not recognize the second port in the dual port network card

Ubuntu Server 18.04 LTS fresh install on HP Proliant ML150 G6 server. NC107i Integrated PCI Express Gigabit Server Adapter on Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5723 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe chip has Dual Port, but only one port has identified by OS.

Is the NIC enabled in BIOS ?

Yes, NIC is enable in BIOS. The first port would not be defined if it were otherwise, since in the BIOS one line per controller with two ports.
