How i can recover my all 5 hours back data that was lost after snapshoot restore

Hello, I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS server. I have lost all my current works when i restore snapshot. Now how i can recover my all my 5 hours back data that was lost after snapshot restore?

How are you snapshotting the server please? What technology did you use? Do you mean a VMWare snapshot?

Then the changes to the data were on the snapshot. If you delete the snapshot then the changes are played into the live server file and discarded.
If you revert to the snap then the changes are lost unless you made a backup before reverting.
