enlarged desktop picture that won't reduce

I downloaded a jpeg from Facebook. Somehow l enlarged it on my desktop. I cannot reduce it. Any jpeg I download and set to desktop is the same way. I tried working with Zoom, deleting and trying new jpegs. Nothing works.

Do you mean you enlarged the icon or do you mean something else?

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a
