Using the graphical installer on both ubuntu-mate & lubuntu - when I get to the keyboard layout screen there is no "continue" button to click next to the "back" arrow - the page isn't wide enough to show it.
No problem - I just hit the "Enter" key, but I get stuck on the next page where I have to enter name & password etc - hitting "Enter" doesn't work. I've tried the options under the "view" menu etc.
Do I need to install Ubuntu from the command line? Anyone know?

If you hold Left Alt you can drag the box from anywhere you like, revealing the buttons
