Cinnamon desktop has no app to regulate screen brightness

Cinnamon in 18.04LTS has no way of changing the brightness of the computer screen, neither is it in 19.04. It (Power and brightness) is available in my Unity version of 18.04 LTS . Where can I find that app or one like it so I can install it on my laptop?

Operating system Ubuntu 19.04 disco (x86-64)
Cinamon version 3.8.8
Linux kernel 5.0.0-13
Processor Intel core i5-4440 CPU @3.10GHz x4

And no I can not find it in any system/settings
