Booting issue in Ubuntu 19.04

I am using Ubuntu 19.04 (upgraded from 18.04 LTS) alongside Windows 10. After upgrading to Ubuntu 19.04 when I boot in Ubuntu it shows me a black screen and Stuck there, whereas booting in Windows 10 everything is fine.

But as it is creating a lots of problems to me I had installed a fresh Ubuntu 19.04

Just so you know, Ubuntu 19.04 isn't LTS so is only supported until January 2020. Ubuntu 18.04 is LTS and supported until April 2023

Were you getting issues in Ubuntu 18.04?

Is the new install of 19.04 OK now?
