ubuntu 18.04 locked out in booting

Asked by Claudiu

Hi, first of all I am sorry if my English is poor in writing, so I had installed Ubuntu 18.04 on a new 120 Gb ssd on an old laptop, but seeing that even for watching netflix on firefox/opera I have to do some settings, I decided to go back to windows 7, but I could not enter in boot settings, I had searched the issue online, and write a command in Terminal, but all did ended with this https://imgur.com/a/5mJAXVS boot menu locked where I can not use f2 or f4 before receiving that.
Even if I disconnect the ssd I get the same issue.
So I am asking please what can I do to go back to windows 7?
Thank you!

This is Ubuntu support. You want a windows forum

So in fact that my laptop is stuck in that point, where I can not open it, I receive only that screen( in the attached image) , F2 and F4 are not working, so even ubuntu is not working , its a windows issue... thank you!

The Windows installer will overwrite the boot loader with its own. Your system doesn't have Ubuntu on it so is not supported here

That is the main problem, it doesn't matter what I trying, I am receiving only that ubuntu menu.... even if I am inserting an bootable windows usb, even if I push f2 or f4 100 times, I am getting only that ubuntu menu...
So any ideas how can I fix this?

You have to reconfigure you BIOS to boot from the bootable windows USB
Maybe the key to enter BIOS setup is not F2 or F4, but F10 or Esc.
Which make and model is your computer?

Can you help with this problem?
