How to uninstall Sweet Home 3D

Ubuntu 16.04
Sweet Home 3D 5.5.2

I install by mistake SH 5.5.2 instead of version 6.1.2 Now I want to uninstall.
The installation was a .tgz file, from sourceforge.net with Terminal
it is installed on Computer > opt folder and has a Unity Dash launcher.

I dont know how uninstall this installation

Did you compile source? There is a deb on the website why didn't you use that?

No compile
It was from an installation instruction on https://howto-ubuntunew.blogspot.com/2017/10/how-to-install-sweet-home-3d-552.html
Was interested I could create a Unity launcher.

Using the guide is easily uninstalled

sudo rm /usr/share/applications/sweethome3d-5.5.2.desktop
sudo rm -r /opt/SweetHome3D-5.5.2

There is a deb you can use which would have made this far far easier
