Photos wont upload in ios camera roll

Hi, I'm using an Iphone SE with iOS 12.
I uploaded my camera roll yesterday for the first time and selected the "organize in years" option. Today I changed idea an wanted to organize them in "years and months" when uploading cause my pc was freezing randomly (https://techyhost.com/windows-10-freezes-randomly/), so i deleted the folder on onedrive (even in recycle bin), so I could do the upload again.
But the Onedrive app won't upload my camera roll anymore telling me, all pictures are already uploaded.
How can I fix this and re-upload my photos?
