i have lost off of desktop my clock&my sound at the bottom of the screen how do i get it back

i have just put ubuntu on my computer i now have duel boot choice was just geting use to ubuntu when it just went no idea what done wrong if i did but cant get it back

i click on the sound with the mouse and it just disapeared and i cant get it back were is the sound settings on ubuntu cant find them either
