RTL8723bs bluetooth not working with the 4.18.0-13 kernel

Hello,

I've got a big problem with the rtl8723bs bluetooth, it doesn't work under the 4.18.0-13 Ubuntu kernel (no device found) despite the rtl8723bs bluetooth firmware are installed on the system (rtl8723bs_config.bin, rtl8723bs_config-OBDA8723.bin, rtl8723bs_fw.bin). My hardware works very well on the 4.18.0-13 Ubuntu kernel except the bluetooth. I tried the 4.20.x kernel from the mainline Ubuntu ppa website and the bluetooth adapter is recognized and works (but I've got Acpi errors for others things). So, I guess there is a bug in the 4.18.0-13 Ubuntu kernel. Is there a solution to make the rtl8723bs bluetooth work with the 4.18.0-13 kernel and above ?

I found the 4.19 kernel solved my bluetooth problem on rtl8723bs . No other issues were introduced on an Intel Compute Stick with that hardware.
