Do you man open when you say ‘run’?

What sort of file is it? An installer? A media file? An image?

In Linux the file extension doesn’t mean much unlike in Windows.

How did you come across the file? Is it from a digital camera?

Seems to be some proprietary audio type (always amazingly supported in Linux.... not)

Seems you can convert them using this but I suggest you do this under Windows rather than mess with WINE
