I have problem using ubuntu on laptop

Hello can somone help me i really love ubuntu and i started to use it when i go to college. But i bought new laptop Asus Tuf Gaming fx505 and i have some problems. When i want to restart ubuntu it froze,fn+f5,9,10,12 dont work and when i use fn+up arrow or down arrow to change intense of led on keyboard it wont work. Also when i go to setting ubuntu stop working and i cant do anything(he frozes). Pleas can someone help me. Thanks a lot .
