If you check /var/log/dpkg.log you can see what packages were installed

Okay found the Directory and it has 6 of the dpkg.log files ( dpkg.log,
and dpkg.log-1-gz and on to -5-gz ) which one do I want and how do I
open it in Terminal . . And I stopped the snapd from being in the Start
Up of the laptop and took out a few Programs which seemed to be never
used .  .You said it was needed to do some things so I added it with the
Synaptic package manager and removed it from the Start up menu . .
