need to download installer ubuntu 18.04

I have a 32-bit system which only work with Ubuntu 15.10 live cd, in the try mode. I have many issues with my PC and want to clear my hard drive completely. I need to know how to download the installer Ubuntu 18.04 onto a DVD, and then use it to upgrade my system.

1. For the question about 32bit or 64bit:
If you boot the Ubuntu 15.10 live cd in the "Try Ubuntu without installing" mode and then open a terminal window and issue the command
lscpu
what output do you receive?

On the bottom of that page you find instructions how to burn a DVD.

What CPU does the system have, please?
