Dropbox and wallpapers 16.04

Hi,
I encrypt my home folder during installing Ubuntu 16.04, i bought a new hard disk and install Ubuntu 16.04. I have problem synchronizing Dropbox and and changing my Background wallpaper.

please kindly assist

What message do you get from Dropbox?

Dropbox can't synchronise that I have to move the folder to the right location.

Is your user the owner of the folder you set as your Dropbox sync folder. The default is ~/Dropbox

Thanks it's solved I reinstall Ubuntu without encypting the home folder
