How to create Signature in word format

or use signature in word format giving all type of decorations to signature.
Presently that is not happening it is taking only plain text *.txt files for signature if we put .doc file it shows some typical characters

Please don't do this - the people you send this to won't necessarily see it the way you do, or the way you intend.
For example, I only read text email, your fancy signature would either be missing, possibly garbled, or maybe even detected as an attachment, depending upon which mail client I'm using to read my mail at the time.
The upshot of this is that you will look unprofessional in sending out bizarre looking emails.
