runing 18.04 mate printer is HP laserjet 4L when trying to connect i get cups server error (cups operation failed to connect to server)

There is an underscore after lsb, not a space. You aren't copying the command I gave. You are trying to retype it and botching it. Why do you think I gave the full command?
