How to debug and add bug report for the following error?

My Laptop screen flickers and turn black before black screen of death occurs? My bad luck it dont logs in jurnalctl . But when ever this flicker occurs getting the below message in dmesg.

Using :Ubuntu 18.04

Intel i5-7200U + Nvidia 940mx

Upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04.1

How to debug these type of problem and submit bug report?
