Ubuntu Server crashes during installation

Hi,

During the installation of Ubuntu server 7.04 the installer crshes at the "Detecting hardware to find CD-ROM drives" section. It crashes on 6% while 'loading moduce trm290 for ISE chipset support'

What am I doing wrong?

it could always be a bad live CD, did you run the 'check disc for errors' program when you boot off the disc. And when/if you downloaded it did you run the MD5 checksum
