XFCE auto sort menu items. Where is the setting?

I have Xubuntu 18.04-1-64 and my menu items are not autosorting.
What do I need to edit to get auto sorting back?
Assuming this an user setting since I upgraded the distro from Xubuntu 14.04-5 and it had the same problem
