package tex-common 6.09 failed to install/upgrade: installed tex-common package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

In the last part of upgrading Ubuntu version 18.04 this bug is reported. I think it is not so important, because the program was in prozess to clean.
German: im letzten stadium vom upgrade - aufräumen kam die Meldung.

lsb_release -a; uname -a' apt-cache policy tex-common
