Updated to 18.04. Printer Brother 5170DN, Cups Wrapper (1.0.2-1), "scheduler" issue with CUPS 2.2.7. SEE below

10.25.18 Solved The problem myself by doing a "clean install of 18.04 LTS" . It appears that CUPS 2.2.8 would also correct this problem.
