Mouse not working correct

Problems:

Cannot: mark text, copy paste using mouse, move or resize windows.

Have been a problem, the last 2 years, and is the same, no matter which version ubuntu.

Solution, i finally found: In bios setup - disable usb legacy support.

Hope this could help someone.....
