Since new running kernel server crash each startup

Hello Dear IT Community workers,

Since I change the running kernel my server crash at each restart (reboot) and/or at each power one :(

I went to renew the running kernel by type "e" on the startup system grub window then I renew the kernel written for "initrd" and under…

Finally at each starup I have the grub command line window,

Has the Community knewn how to repair this issue ?
