Chrome download from Ubuntu Software

Could the Chrome download to be corrupted.?
Problem: the only browser that suddenly changes the pointer to a small black arrow
then to a small hand.

Google makes Chrome so it's hard to comment. If you log in as guest does it happen the same?

Pointer looks normal in "guest" login.
Now looks normal in "admin".
Problem solved (somehow).
