adminstrative privileges

After Xubuntu 8.10 with the normal desktop has fininshed loading, from starting, I get a message "Starting without administrative privileges. It goes away when I click OK. Is this normal and how do I stop if it is? Or if it isn't how do I make sure I get the "adminstrative privileges" I am the only one using this computer.

Try to remove .cache form your home dir:
rm -rf /home/`whoami`/.cache
