Reboot problem on ubuntu 18.04

I have an Asus N552VW laptop with Ubuntu 18.04 installed on it. There is a weird problem...when powering off everything is OK and system shuts down normally.

But when rebooting it...hardware is restarting but screen goes dark and hangs and asus logo not appearing.

I tested all 'reboot=' kernel parameters...but any of them worked for me.

How can I fix it?
