I am using HP laptop, in it I am using Windows 10. I recently have installed ubantu 14.04 version by dual boot . Unfortunately I am not able to connect to the WiFi. I want the solution to my problem. thanks

What WiFi chip does the system use?
Have you used a wired connection to get fully updated?

Ubuntu 14.04 is end-of-life since April 2019.

Please test wireless in an Ubuntu 18.04 LiveUSB session instead....
