Software Update Not Working

I tried to install a program called Ubuntu-tweaks. I followed the directions, but the program didn't work. Now when I try to use the software updater I get a message saying "Failed to download repository information" and the details window shows the following:
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/ppa/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.

Could someone tell me how to fix this. Thank you for any help.

Ding Zhou has abandoned to work on ubuntu-tweak, and the PPA ppa:tualatrix/ppa does not provide software for Ubuntu bionic.
You have to remove the reference to that PPA.
