sudo apt install smartmontools fails
when running the above command I get:

Then when entering "y" I get this:

There is NO WAY out of this, clicking on OK , cr ,esc, none work. Thus smartmontools is not installed.
I believe the Mailutls cause the above request, but I know no way to bypass this problem. It happens on three different computers all running 18.04 LTS, all up to date.
