Can not install Lubuntu 18.04 i386 on Thinkpad r50

i got a blue screen after locale selection when trying to install Lubuntu 18.04 i386 whit forcepae (as described there: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PAE )
i do not know what the problem could be, can somebody help me?
