Ubuntu 18.04 - Kernel upgrade 4.18.1

Hello there,

I am a new Linux user, I want to upgrade my kernel(4.15.14) to 4.18.1

I have an AMD A12 9700P processor, OS Ubuntu 18.04 x64, so ... Should I download all these files:

Build for amd64 succeeded :
  linux-headers-4.18.1-041801_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_all.deb
  linux-headers-4.18.1-041801-generic_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb
  linux-headers-4.18.1-041801-lowlatency_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb
  linux-image-unsigned-4.18.1-041801-generic_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb
  linux-image-unsigned-4.18.1-041801-lowlatency_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb
  linux-modules-4.18.1-041801-generic_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb
  linux-modules-4.18.1-041801-lowlatency_4.18.1-041801.201808151233_amd64.deb

And then just installed them with this command?

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Why do you want the low latency kernel and the normal one? Seems excessive.

The command is correct assuming the pwd is where you downloaded the files.

Why are you updating the kernel? Does your hardware not work under your present kernel?

Yes, mi kernel is working fine but the latest kernel fix some issues, so I wish to have it.

Look, I posted a list of the files that I saw at "http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/", I don't know if I need all of them of just a few, could you give me an advice about what I should install?

Do you do audio mixing and creation? If not then you don't need the lowlatency ones. Otherwise yes you are good to go.
