Is it now safe to upgrade 16.04 to 18.04 online?

I would like to upgrade my 16.04 LTS to 18.04 LTS online, but the message to do this has now vanished from my screen. Can I retrieve this window and safely use it?

Run:

sudo do-release-upgrade

This will kick off the process
