How do i see what was done on my computer?

I would know how to see what applications was running during my leave. I mean like a log file or something else. And I would know who were connected to my computer.

Log files are in /var/log for each application that creates such logs.
You can see who's logged in recently by typing "last" at a command prompt.

But if I want to know if Brasero was used for example, is the log files are located in /var/log or in Home directory?

Well its all in /var/log but for specific programs it depends on the program.
