Asked by Geo Locale

ppa:ingalex/super-boot-manager is unsupported by bionic and I am wondering if there is a way to install it or if you are able to make it a supported ppa for feren os?

ppa:ingalex/super-boot-manager is a PPA (Personal Package Archive).
The responsibility lies fully with the creator, in this case https://launchpad.net/~ingalex
Please try to contact that person.
You might also look at the home page of super-boot-manager http://www.sourceslist.eu/projects/super-boot-manager/ for help.

Thank you for such a timely response that is very much appreciated. It's the same as what I found just thought you may have more insight but I appreciate it and consider it solved.

What do you want to do with your boot loader? GRUB is a pretty simple creature

When I power on my laptop, before I can get to my desktop it goes to
sleep several times and I have to push the power button each time it
sleeps to bring it back to where it left off so it can finish complete
until finally I arrive at my login screen and even after signing in it
will go to sleep agian. I've checked settings and changed the grub to
"quiet splash" but still the same.

Also I have to do a restart once I do have a desktop in order to have
my wifi connect and it's supposed to to it automatically. Can't figure
that out either.

If you just wait, does the system boot OK instead of pressing the button?

No it stays sleeping and when I do press the button it resumes what ever stage it's at. I've had to press it up to six times before finally getting to my desktop.

Thank you for helping me, I'm new to Antergos amd although I like the os it does come with lots of little issues.

Excuse me I posted the wrong problem answer for the wrong OS. I do have to restart Feren os when it begins to cycle through it's boot screen colors because there is a black space ion the screen taking up more than 3/4 of the screen. I think it may be the upgrade screen not showing itself completely. I did the upgrade and it messes up my system so I had to reinstall feren and then it says the upgrade isn't ready and has some issues. I don't want to go through that again so now I just checkmark I'll do it later when it comes up and it will proceed to the regular booting screen.

The answers area for super-boot-manager is definitely not the right spot to discuss boot problems with feren OS.

Unfortunately the home page of feren OS https://ferenos.weebly.com/ does not tell where to get support (except the bug tracker https://gitlab.com/Feren-OS/feren-OS-Bug-Reporting/issues ).
