Rhythmbox lost menu icon from title bar after I went into plugin config and turned off some of the plugins. How do I see the menu now?

New Ubuntu 18.04 user. I went into Rhythmbox plugin config and turned off several of the plugins, including the "Alternative Toolbar". After exiting the dialog, I now have the standard toolbar (expected) BUT the title bar is now missing the menu icon!!!
Only the minimize, maximize and exit icons remain. How can I get back into the menu?

Okay, I found it on the "Top Bar". If I had been a Mac user before this, I probably would have got that right away.
Still, the menu icon is not standard on Rhythmbox? Hmmmm . . .
