roaming mode eth0 wired?

Asked by Kyle Brooks on 2007-05-16

Hey.

I see a roaming mode checkbox in my eth0 (wired) configuration. What does it mean for a wired connection? Should it be even there?

Thanks
- Kyle

otherwise this may be an important bug

eth0 is wired in there btw

It means that the network card in question (wired or wireless, it doesn't matter) is managed via network manager, and not via the applet you are looking at.
