Can we have a smooth boot experience?

Every time I get something like this:

1. Press power button
2. BIOS logo screen
3. Black screen
4. Pink screen
5. Black screen
6. Ubuntu logo with loading dots
7. Black screen with some console output
8. Pink screen
9. Login screen

I would like in 2018 to get:

1. Press power button
2. BIOS logo screen
3. Ubuntu logo with loading dots
4. Login screen

It's only cosmetic. As long as the system boots why care?
