Sean Pruitt; Hello -

" does not have a Release file." is a true statement of the situation.
Point your browser to:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/mc3man/xerus-media/ubuntu/dists/
and one sees that xenial (16.04) is the last supported release of this software.
Contact the author for additional details.

Remove this PPA from your sources - pending what the author does.

-just the way things are-
