Need help for installing WiFi adaptor driver

I am trying to install Wireless 11N usb adapter ( 802.11N 300Mbps LV- UW03 ) I have it's drivers cd but don't know how to install it. I recently installed lubuntu on my pc which was running windows 7. I have already been using this WiFi adapter . While installing lubuntu I connected to my network successfully. After installation it worked flawlessly but the next day I switched on my pc I was unable to connect to my WiFi network. Tried some methods available on forums but to no avail. Reinstalled lubuntu 18.04 in the hope that it would work again but it didn't. Please help
