will 18.04 work on panasonic cf-52?

will version 18.04 work on install on a panasonic cf-52 with the i5 not a core 2 duo or will I have to manually install drivers for sound and wifi. If I have to manually install them as panasonic does not offer linux drivers how or where can I install/download them?

If you have the system you can boot the installation media and click to try the OS
