Graying out a spreadsheet while loading or saving

Asked by ealthuis

Libreoffice 6.0.4 when about three quarters done grays out the spreadsheet for as much as 3 minutes before the load completes.

same thing happens when that spreadsheet is saved.

I copied the folder to an external drive connected that to another computer and the same thing happened, which suggests the problem is with the actual spreadsheet?? as another spreadsheet loaded without problems.

Then I suggest you contact the PPA maintenaner. They manage their own packages.

I already have posed the problem in the libreoffice community forum.

Libreoffice 6.0.4 was installed from a snap package.

This problem was solved by me through extensive testing.
The copy and paste I used to get the data also brought other data that LO could not properly resolve. By removing the sheet with the offending data I corrected the problem.
