What is the output of:

I doubt that your CPU is not capable of 64 bit computing (it would have to be really old). The command given by actionparsnip will tell the facts.
Burning a Ubuntu 16.04 installation DVD has nothing to do with 32 bit or 64 bit CPU architecture.
From http://
And yes, for Ubuntu 18.04 there is only a 64 bit installer available, but you wanted 16.04, didn't you?

My cpu + plate + memory I bought them in October of 2017

If this is a new CPU from 2017, then I am almost certain that it will be capable of 64 bit addressing.
To verify this, boot any Ubuntu version on that system (either from hard disk or in live system mode) and issue the command
cat /proc/cpuinfo
What output do you get?

Hello. I have not understood what you have told me. With my 32-bit PC I can not install ubuntu 18.04 which is 64 bits.
Greetings.

We do not believe that your PC is "32bit only", but we think that your PC can run 64bit operating systems.
Our intention is to get a confirmation for this.
If you have Ubuntu 14.04 already installed on this computer, please do the following:
Open a terminal window (e.g. by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t) and issue the command
cat /proc/cpuinfo
Then use the terminal window's menu entries "edit - select all" and "edit - copy" and paste everything into this question document that we can see.

Hello. I have installed Ubuntu 16.04, my pc is 32 bits. I have recorded on an Ubuntu 64.04 64bit disk and the installation can not be completed. I would like to know if there is any way to have version 18 on my 32-bit PC, with a 64-bit live-DVD. Greetings. Thank you.

You have added spaces. If you copy and paste the command you won't botch it

I now have some problem understanding what you want to achieve.
You talk about creating an Ubuntu 16.04 installation DVD, but also about upgrading from 14.04 to 16.04 (which you apparently have already done.
What do you need the installer DVD for?
For creating an Ubuntu installer DVD I have already given a link to the instructions in https:/
Although these instructions talk about Ubuntu 18.04, they work the same way on Ubuntu 14.04 and 16.04

I have installed Ubuntu 16.04. My pc is 32 bits. What I want to achieve is (if you can) install ubuntu 18.04, but this version is only 64 bits.

Oops, sorry mistyped.
You can do an in-place upgrade from the 32bit version of Ubuntu 16.04 to the 32bit version of Ubuntu 18.04.
This kind of upgrade will probably be offered in three weeks' time.
We still believe that your computer would be capable of running 64bit operating systems.
What output do you receive for the command
lscpu
(it is LSCPU , but in small letters)?

What are you telling me that in a few weeks I can upgrade from ubuntu 16.04 32 bits to ubuntu 18.04 32 bits?

As far as I know you will be able to upgrade from a 32bit Ubuntu 16.04 to a 32bit Ubuntu 18.04 (probably starting July 27, 2018).
It is just the 32bit installer that will not be made available any more.
By the way, you still have not shown the output of the command
lscpu

It is understood. I can upgrade to Ubuntu 18.04 but as of July 27, 2018.

Your output:
"modo(s) de operación de las CPUs:32-bit, 64-bit"
Your CPU is able to run 32bit and 64bit operating systems.
If you want, you can continue to use the 32bit version of Ubuntu.
The release schedule says that is a few weeks the upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 will be offered.

Can I install Ubuntu 18.04 64 bits with the dvd-live?

It is your choice.
You can continue using the 32bit version, but you can also overwrite your current system with the 64bit version of Ubuntu.
For testing purposes I suggest that you try booting an Ubuntu 18.04 installer in the "Try Ubuntu without installing" mode.

You can not install 64-bit version 18 with 32 bits.
The black screen appears and the solution I had was to install 32-bit version 16.

Why are you always claiming that your CPU is 32bit only?
The output of the "lscpu" command confirms that it is capable of both 32bit and 64bit addressing.
By the way, there is no "version 16" or "version 18" of Ubuntu.
Each year there are two different releases (in April and October) which should not be confused, because they have different features and a differing support lifetime.
There is Ubuntu 16.04 (still supported), and a version 16.10 which is not supported any more.
The newest published version is Ubuntu 18.04, and development is running for a future Ubuntu 18.10 version.
