Black Screen and Cursor Blinking on 17.10

I was using dual-boot with ubuntu and windows 10 when this occurred. It was being 1 month of using this. Then the error came out: the screen became black and the cursor was blinking. At the time, I'm beginner and I don't know wht I have to do, so I need help.

It is trying to start every time, but it stop immediately.

What I can do?

It was running normal, but, unexpectedly this error ocurred

After a few days, I tried to update the system to 18.10, by the terminal pressing Ctrl+Alt+F3, but it didn't works

The Ubuntu version is now at * 18.04, but the error still continues
