HP tx1040 freezes

When I boot with pci=noacpi irqpoll i can boot the system and use the ordinary nv driver in xorg.
This makes the system useable, without wireless networking and glx. Because all IRQs are edge triggered.

If I boot the system with irqpoll only i can boot but when gdm starts the computer freezes.

What can I do to solve the problem. I have tried a newer kernel, without any luck :-(
