after shutdown thinkpad L450 power button and Led keeps on blinking

After I shutdown my Lenovo Thinkpad L450, my power button and LED keeps on blinking, since I installed Ubuntu 18.04. Is it a known thing for the OS. Any quick ways to fix that

Hi

sorry for the late response.

1. The computer was working fine just the led kept on blinking even after shutdown, removing the battery and replacing it used to fix that

2. I didn't have the latest BIOS.

3. The problem was resolved after a recent update :-)
